Children's Cup and Saucer designed by E. Radford - (Sold)

1930’s child’s cup & saucer of Art Deco shape, hand painted with an attractive design by E. Radford depicting children getting ready for bed accompanied with the “Early to bed, Early to rise” rhyme. This pattern surprisingly was not produced by E.Radford’s own pottery, but was produced in the 30’s by the Staffordshire firm J.H. Cope & Co. Ltd..
It is now very scarce and hard to find .Height of cup 4.8 cm.
Diameter of saucer 13.9 cm.
